William Perry, the US Secretary of Defence, arrived in Tuzla Thursday (4/7) to join US soldiers serving with the NATO-led peace Implementation Force (IFOR) to celebrate America's Independence Day.
Perry also decorated the Russian commander General Lentzov with the Legion of Merit award. American troops at the Task Force Eagle Base in
Tuzla held a sports tournament.
