Ingredients:
1 tsp Besan
1 tsp cumin and mustard seeds
3 clove Garlic
4-5 number Green Chilli
to fry Oil
1 lbs Okra
2 cup Plain Yogurt
to taste Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Directions:
Cut the okra in small pieces. Deep fry the cut okra till brown and crisp. Keep aside. Add 1tsp besan to the yogurt and whisk it to get a paste like consistency and keep this aside. Now heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Add green chillies and garlic and saute it. Add turmeric powder, hing powder, salt. Turn the gas off and after 1-2 minutes add whisked yogurt in it. Add okra to the spiced yogurt at the time of serving and garnish with coriander leaves.
