Update :directly download -- extract and play by opening legends.exe no need of installing and patching everything is done.
NOTE: If it says msxml 4 is not properly installed then plz install both msxml 4 or reinstall both msxml 4 it will work .

NOTE1: Online play is not mandatory to work for any reasons because this game is so unpredictable. It might work today but tomorrow it wont , thats the reason only handful of people plays this game. Please reset Ethernet from control panel and try again.
NOTE2: If game disconnects after 20 seconds in game then try fresh installation of all vc runtime and msxml 4 sp2/sp3
