Ingredients for Sirjineh sweets:
200 grams of rice flour
2 eggs
50 grams butter
50 grams sugar
3/4 cups of milk
.
Add the warmed milk and butter along with the beaten eggs and sugar, stir until they are uniform, and finally add the rice flour little by little and stir. Like cocoa, cook both sides in hot oil with low flame for 30 minutes on each side. Decorate with powdered sugar and desired ingredients.
