Easy to make pan seared Tilapia. Never again be scared to enjoy fish at home. In this video, I'll show you just how easy it is to cook a delicious fish dinner on your own stovetop. Wild caught tilapia, simply seasoned and flavored in only about 8 minutes.
Shopping List:
Wild caught tilapia filets (If you can't find wild caught, you can use farm raised)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
Kosher salt and course black pepper to taste
Lemon wedges
Directions:
Rinse filets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Lightly brush on some olive oil then season both sides with the salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet to medium high then add the tablespoon of olive oil.
Cook the filet about 4 minutes per side to an internal temperature of 145.
With about 1 minute left, brush on some melted butter and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
