This Apple Oats Porridge is easy to make, very healthy & nutritious, tastes absolutely delicious and can be served to your baby for breakfast or lunch or dinner.

INGREDIENTS
Rolled Oats - 2 Tablespoons
1/2 Apple (Peeled and chopped)
Water - 1 Cup or more if required
Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Baby milk powder or formula (Optional) - 2 Teaspoons
For natural sweetener you can use dates syrup, raisin syrup, jaggery or palm sugar or coconut sugar. Just don't use regular sugar or cow milk for babies below 1 year.
