This console command will unlock all the engrams in Ark Survival Evolved, no matter what level you are. The command is cheat giveengrams. Now you can build everything in the game, provided you have the resources of course.

Bring up the command line:
PC TAB key
PlayStation L1 + R1 + Square + Triangle
Xbox LB + RB + X + Y

You may need to type in enablecheats to get commands to work the first time. Don't forget to hit the admin command button after you enter the code.
