Wrestler and Commonwealth Games champion Babita Phogat joined BJP on August 12, 2019, along with her father Mahavir Phogat, who is also a Dronachaya awardee. In an exclusive conversation with RSTV, Babita said she was very much influenced with PM Narendra Modi and his policies. She also praised the recent abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir.
