!! FAIR USE !!

Fair use is a legal doctrine that says use of copyright-protected material under certain circumstances is allowed without permission from the copyright holder.

In the United States, works of commentary, criticism, research, teaching, or news reporting may be considered fair use.

The use of copyright-protected material in this video and my other videos using material from Community (2009) Sony Pictures Television is transformative. I add commentary, use short clips and add meaning to the original material. I do not use copyright-protected material for commercial uses, nor do I monetize my videos.

The length of clips used are all short enough to pass YouTube's automatic checks and allow for the use of copyright-protected content, which the rightful copyright owner allows to be used on YouTube.

This video was previously fasley claimed by a group/organiation that does not own this content. They have removed my video and my counter notifcation as unsuccessful. 1,000+ comments are lost. I can see that the video got up to 720,045 views and 26,410 likes. But now it's gone.
