Dozens of antifa protesters rallied outside the California State Capitol in Sacramento on Wednesday, as President Biden was sworn in to office in Washington DC. Groups of protesters dressed in black were seen circling the building chanting slogans and letting off smoke bombs. Hundreds of National Guard soldiers and policemen were deployed to secured the area amid fears of civil unrest.
