This method makes cleaning a game bird (pheasant, grouse, partridge, etc) easy. It works most times, unless you've pulverized your bird.
Grip the feet and pull! Depending on your regulations, you may have to keep one wing attached and eat the thighs (as it is for us in Montana.) Take shears to remove the wings and thighs.
