EcoTraining brings you another episode in our Birds of the Bush series. We'll bring you something about the bush birds YOU want to see each month.
We received a request from Michele Bertoncini and Giraffe Girl to feature the Bateleur; without further ado, let's join EcoTraining Instructor Richard Davis in search of the Bateleur. (French for 'tightrope-walker'). This raptor spends days soaring through the sky, scanning for its next meal.
The Bateleur eagle is currently listed as an Endangered species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
Please leave us a comment below and tell us if there is a specific bird you would like to learn more about, we'd love to hear from you!
EcoTraining is also offering an Online Birding Enthusiast Course.
