So today I want to share with you how I made the Waakye stew to go with it. I hope you learn a thing or two and and you enjoy this video. thank you and God bless you all.

***Ingredients***
2kg Beef
2kg Goat Meat
Fried Mackerel - Any quantity of your choice
Wele (Cow skin or cowhide) - Any quantity of your choice
Boiled Eggs - Any quantity of your choice.

Fresh Tomatoes
Chilli Powder
Canned chopped tomatoes
Red Onions
Brown Onions
Ginger
Garlic
Fresh Rosemary
Green Bell Pepper
Sunflower Oil to Fry
Bicarbonate of Soda / baking soda

**For Steaming the meat**
1tsp Chilli Powder
1tbsp Curry Powder
1tsp Aniseed
Homemade Spice Cubes (A blend of 2 medium Onions, 2-3 thumb sizedGinger, 6 Cloves Garlic, 1tbsp Aniseed)
