With this fingertip pulse oximeter you can monitor the oxygen saturation levels of your blood. It can also measure your pulse rate.
The oxygen monitor works very simple, you just press the button to turn it on and then you put your finger inside. After a few seconds it will show you the SpO2 level and the pulse rate. Keep your finger inside for few more seconds to see if the values will change.
The blood oxygen level shows how much oxygen the red blood cells are carrying. The fingertip pulse oximeter estimates the amount of oxygen in the blood by sending infrared light into the capillaries of the finger, and then it measures how much light is reflected off the gases.
Normal SpO2 levels are between 95 and 100.
This finger oxygen sensor works with two AAA batteries. It is very lightweight and portable. You can put the saturation checker in your pocket and take it with you, or use it as a home health care device.
