How Much Money I had saved before Opening My Grocery Store

We do get some questions on how we funded our store, so I wanted to be transparent with you guys and show you how it all came to be on the financial side of things. We did have some money saved but it wasn't enough to cover the entire project.

Things really did up quickly and we had not planned to spend as much as we did, so we ended up taking a government business loan to fill the gap as needed.

Building this place from the ground up certainly has been a humbling experience. You really start to realize how much you do not know until you jump right in for the first time head first and take on a project like this.

How much money I had saved was clearly not enough but it was a life lesson that I really needed to learn. Now for our next project i have a clear understanding on how much things will cost and what is necessary and what is not.
