I own several fire starters and this one is the best by far for starting fires. It gives off plenty of spark, has all of the components built in to it in order to start a fire.
Plus has its own tender if needed by scraping the handle which is good if it is damp out. It is heavier than most but I didnt get it to carry in my pocket so thats not an issue for me.
