3 ways to bake pizza without oven:
Ingredients for pizza dough:
3 cups All-purpose flour
1 tbsp Yeast
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Sugar
Salt to taste
Luke warm water (for kneading)
Ingredients for chicken:
1/2 kg Chicken boneless
1 cup Cream
1 tbsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Oil
Ingredients for topping:
Pizza sauce as required
Cheddar cheese as required
Mozzarella cheese as required
Olives as required
Mushrooms as required
Red bell peppers as required
Green capsicum as required
Onion as required
Sweet corns as required
Oregano for sprinkle
Red chili flakes for sprinkle
Directions for dough:
In a bowl mix flour, yeast, oil and sugar. Gradually add water and knead sticky dough.
Cover it with cling and set aside for 30 to 40 minutes until double in size.
Divide the dough in to three parts. Make ball like shapes from each part.
Directions for chicken:
In a bowl add chicken, chili flakes, chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and oil.
Mix and marinate it for 20 to 30 minutes.
Then in a pan heat oil and cook chicken until fully cooked.
Assembling:
Roll out each dough ball with help of a rolling pin.
Spread two doughs on two different baking dishes.
Now prick each with help of a fork then spread pizza sauce on each.
Top all of them with cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, olives, mushrooms, bell pepper, capsicum, onion and corn.
Now sprinkle oregano and red chili flakes on each.
Method 1: Pizza in pot:
In a pot add salt and preheat for 10 minutes then add a stand.
Place your pizza pan on it then cover it with a lid for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cook on low flame till your pizza sides are cooked.
Then on high flame cook for 5 minutes so the dough is cooked properly from bottom.
Your pizza in pan is ready to serve.
Method 2: Pizza in pressure cooker:
Place your pizza pan in pressure cooked over a stand.
Remove your pressure cooker whistle, cover and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
Then on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes until your dough is properly cooked.
Your pizza in pressure cooker is ready to serve.
Method 3: Pizza in a pan
Take a pan grease it with oil then place the pizza dough on it.
Prick it with help of fork and then spread pizza sauce on it.
Top it with cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, olives, mushrooms, bell pepper, capsicum, onion and corn.
Cover and cook on low medium flame for 20 to 25 minutes.

نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ 1کھانے کا چمچ
لیموں کا رس 1کھانے کا چمچ
کھانے کا تیل 2کھانے کے چمچ
پیزا ڈو بنانے کے اجزاء:
میدہ آدھا کلو
خمیر 1کھانے کا چمچ
کھانے کا تیل 2کھانے کے چمچ
چینی 1کھانے کا چمچ
نیم گرم پانی حسب ِ ضرورت
ڈو بنانے کے اجزاء:
ایک باؤل میں میدہ، خمیر، کھانے کا تیل اور چینی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے پانی ڈالیں اور نرم ڈو گوندھ لیں۔
اب ڈو کو ڈھک کر تیس سے چالیس منٹ سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں اور تین برابر حصوں میں تقسیم کر کے ان کے پیڑے بنا لیں۔
چکن بنانے کے اجزاء:
ایک باؤل میں چکن، کٹی لال مرچیں، نمک، ادرک لہسن پیسٹ، لیموں کا رس اور کھانے کا تیل ڈال کر تمام اجزا بیس سے تیس منٹ میرینیٹ کر لیں۔
اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کرکے اس میں چکن ڈالیں اوراچھی طرح پکا لیں۔
اسمبلنگ:
تینوں پیڑوں کو بیلنے سے اچھی طرح بیل لیں۔
اب دو پیڑوں کو بیکنگ ڈِشوں میں اچھی طرح پھیلائیں اور کانٹے سے ڈو کو نشان لگائیں۔
پھر ان پر تیار کیا ہوا چکن، موزریلا چیز، چیڈر چیز، کالا زیتون، مشرومز، شملا مرچ، پیاز اور سویٹ کارن ڈالیں۔
اب ان پر اوریگانو اور کٹی لال مرچیں چھڑک دیں۔
پتیلی میں پیزا بنانے کی ترکیب:
ایک پتیلی میں نمک ڈال کر دس منٹ گرم کر لیں اور سٹینڈ رکھ کر اس پرپیزا رکھ دیں۔
اب اس میں پیزا رکھیں اور ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر بیس سے پچیس منٹ اچھی طرح پکنے تکپکائیں۔
پھر تیز آنچ پر پانچ منٹ اچھی طرح اور پکائیں۔
پیزا تیار ہے۔
پریشر ککرمیں پیزا بنانے کی ترکیب:
تیار کیا ہوا پیزا پریشر ککر میں ایک سٹینڈ کے اوپر رکھ دیں۔
اب پریشر ککر کی سیٹی اتار کر تیز آنچ پر پانچ منٹ پکائیں۔
پھر چولہا ہلکا کر کے سات سے آٹھ منٹ اچھی طرح پکائیں۔
پین میں پیزا بنانے کی ترکیب:
ایک پین کو آئل سے گریس کر لیں او پیزا اس میں رکھ دیں۔
اب کانٹے کی مدد سے ڈو پر نشان لگائیں اور اس پر پیزا سوس پھیلائیں۔
پھراس پر تیار کیا ہوا چکن، موزریلا چیز، چیڈر چیز، کالا زیتون، مشرومز، شملا مرچ، پیاز اور سویٹ کارن ڈالیں۔
اب ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر درمیانی ہلکی آنچ پر بیس سے پچیس منٹ پکائیں۔
