Here are my top 6 back exercises using the parallel bars. I did 10 -12 reps, 3 sets each exercise.
The Dip Bars (Lebert Equalizer) is extremely versatile for such an simple piece of equipment, different exercises you can try like Pull-Up Rows, Push-Ups, Side Push-Ups, Dips, Knee Raises, Assisted Lunges, One-Legged Squats, Bodyweight Knee Raises, One-Legged Squats, Bodyweight Tricep Extensions, Bodyweight Inverse Curls, Calf Raises and many more.
