A 4-year-old boy reported missing since Thursday was not actually missing and is dead, and his mother and her partner have been arrested, Baltimore police announced Saturday. Baltimore City Police Commissioner Michael Harrison announced Saturday afternoon that Malachi Lawson was reported missing Thursday afternoon but was actually deceased. Malachi's mother and her partner will be charged with child neglect, Harrison said.
