You can do this to a pair of heels you already own, making the total cost of this project VERY low!

You only need a tiny bit of rhinestone panels (approx 2" x 20") so this is a great project to use up old scraps of fabric!

I am going to be hand sewing this project, as well as applying a tiny bit of E6000 to the outer and inner corners.

Keep in mind, you can use this technique on any extra fabric you have lying around, so have some fun with it!
