The Burnett family is consumed by chaos, with five kids: eight-year-old Zachary and twins Joseph and John (three) and Michael and Molly (16 months). Self-employed stay-at-home dad Michael is struggling to find a balance between work and family. Teacher Joanne comes home every afternoon to four needy toddlers, who want all of her attention, and a household full of chores that Dad has deemed "woman's work".
