Baba Kupekar waterfall or Kumbwade waterfalls is part of a private property and its a untouched beauty. The spot is also known as ‘Baba waterfalls’. Name come from the former Maharashtra Assembly Speaker and senior NCP leader late Babasaheb Kupekar. few nature lovers know about Kumbwade waterfalls as it is located inside the property owned by NCP leader late Babasaheb Kupekar.
A proper road was constructed and it is open for public and even security personnel are deputed.
To meet the expenses of maintaining the property and security of the tourists, a nominal entrance fee of Rs.60 person is charged and parking is ₹50. Charges may be defers now days.
The beauty of Baba waterfalls is the cave behind the waterfalls. Tourists have to walk through the water curtain to enter the cave.
Caution: Landslides or stones falling from top of the Falls is common so be careful.

From Amboli check post near JRD Resort, take left turn and travel 18 km to reach the spot.
