It's the Fourth of July, so that means it's time for dinner and fireworks, Disney-style! I'm stopping by for a meal at EPCOT's Rose & Crown Dining Room, and you and I discover together that the menu is VERY different from what it used to be. Then it's off to see the EPCOT Forever fireworks and the INCREDIBLE "Heartbeat of Freedom" tag ending. Grab some popcorn and join me for the adventure!
