This channel is dedicated to all sorts of content surrounding the entertainment industry. It was originally formed as a repository of content created for the California Community College Chancellor's Office Department of Economic and Workforce Development Doing What Matters Initiative. Running from 2013-2018, numerous events and assets were created to enhance anyone interested in entertainment as a career to find the best career pathways in. In order to support that effort, a series of videos were created that dealt with "below-the-line" or "crafts" positions, which are often not taught in regular curriculum.
The program further expanded to include digital assets that might be amusing to general students. Dan Watanabe, founder of this channel, was a grant director.

JAPANESE LANGUAGE CONTENT: Having attended high school in Japan, channel owner Dan Watanabe found this also to be a place where interesting tidbits from his days in Japan could provide a nostalgic backwards look for his former classmates -- as well as his current students. Further, this could be of cultural interest to westerners.
