5 MINUTE TONED ARM WORKOUT - Here's a quick 5 minute arm workout that will give you long, lean, toned arm muscles. You can do this arm workout with or without weights, I don't have any weights at home while I'm in quarantine so I'm using some cans which are about 475g each.
If you do this 5 minute arm workout 4 times a week you can see results in less than a month.
