Vehicle had an intermittent no start, hard start, extended crank issue. It also had an intermittent p0300 misfire code, cruising down the freeway once in a while. I could not figure it out, and it has not returned since replacing this sensor. How to diagnose a CKP, or crankshaft position sensor code on a 4.3L, 5.0L, 5.7L, 7.4L SBC (small block chevy) v-8, BBC (big block chevy) v-8, and 90 degree 4.3L v-6.
