UPDATE 6/27/24: According to the preliminary report that THP released, two adults and two children were inside a 1999 Ford F350. The driver was a 30-year-old male and the adult passenger was a 27-year-old female. The two children were ages 2 and 5. The driver of the Ford was driving eastbound when traffic slowed down. He swerved to the left and caused the Ford to flip over and hit the guardrail. THP did not confirm what type of injuries the occupants had.

🔴6/25/24: Rollover Crash on I-24🔵
Clarksville, Tenn. - The interstate was shut down after a rollover crash on I-24 Eastbound near Exit 8 at the overpass. The vehicle was hauling a trailer with work equipment, which also rolled over in the crash. Clarksville Police Spokesman Scott Beaubien stated that the occupants were required to be extricated from the vehicle by the fire department. At least one person was transported by AirEvac to a Nashville area hospital. THP is currently the leading investigating agency. No other details have been released yet. One lane has been reopened at this time. A tow truck has arrived to the scene to clear the wreck.
