1 tsp Asafoetida
2 tbsp Tamarind extract
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Fish masala
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
Salt (as per taste)

1/2 cup Semolina
1/4 cup Rice flour
1 tsp Red chili powder
Salt (as per taste)

Frying
Oil (for frying)
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
12-15 Curry Leaves
