This is a guide to my leagues starter for Path of Exile Lake of Kalandra (PoE 3.19). It uses Storm Burst and Lightning Conduit to do great dps. It also uses the new Trickster ascendancy so is very tanky. No changes are required for PoE 3.20 The forbidden Sanctum
