DASH is the largest provider of safe housing for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in the DC-region. The pandemic is creating intensified barriers for the families they serve. They have innovated to break these barriers.
The men, women and children DASH serves are primarily people of color. As we collectively seek ways to increase racial equity let's deepen our understanding of safe housing and domestic violence in our region.
