What is the most disgusting thing you did willingly?

I was 18, at the doctor's for stomach issues. They needed a stool sample and gave me a small cup, saying they didn't need much. They also handed me a paper plate with the cup, its lid, and a stool softener. In the bathroom, I waited until nature called. What came out can only be described as a tree trunk. It knocked the cup into the toilet, splashing water up to my neck. I panicked. What do I do? Out of all the logical ways to handle this, I grabbed the turd with my bare hands and put it on the paper plate. I tossed the "dirty" cup that fell in the toilet. I stared at my medium-rare Tomahawk turd. Should I split it? That thought never crossed my mind. Instead, I walked out holding a paper plate with my creation and placed it on the checkout counter. The receptionist's face was pure horror. I tried explaining, holding back tears from my anxiety attack, but it probably looked like I was laughing. The doctor came out, silently took the plate, and must have sliced and diced it in the office. I left without a word. Later that week, I got a call with good news: I was healthy. The bad news? Please find another primary care physician.
