When Dan Emery, recording engineer from Anti-Corp records fame, hits us up with someone we need to meet, we always listen carefully. One such character he brought by was Nick Hans, the strong-thumbed strummer coming by way of New Mexico deserts. I hadn't heard of him before this, and none of his music was available online, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Who, of any talent, goes this long without getting that damn sound out there? A lot of folks, apparently, including Nick.
The first strum had me tapping along, as I would be for months to come, this little diddy firmly entrenched in my smooth brain. Highballin, baby! Good time music at its finest. Turns out Nick is also in the orbit of a lot of good folks, friends with all of our cast of characters you've seen on the channel and then some. Hell, he's wearing a Nick Shoulders shirt. Hope y'all dig the tunes, got another one coming down the line soon.
