Single leg balance. Do you fall to the outside of the foot toward the pinky toe?
Put the foot into subtalar neutral.
Take the ball and place on the lateral column where it’s tender in the 4th and 5th metatarsal.
Pigeon toe feet and perform pelvic rotation for 90s. This will decrease fascial restrictions in the lateral column.
Perform single leg balance again.
