What do we need to make Kimchi Fried rice?

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons garlic (chopped)
½ tablespoon ginger (minced)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon gochujang
1 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ cup kimchi sauce
1 teaspoon vegetable oil or sesame oil
1 cup Spam (chopped)
1 cup mushroom (optional)
1 cup kimchi
2 – 3 cups overnight rice
½ cup green peas (optional)
an egg as a topping
Directions:
Prepare the sauce; mix together the garlic, ginger, salt, gochujang, soy sauce, and kimchi sauce. Set this aside.
In a pan at medium heat, add sesame oil or vegetable oil and cook the spam till it changes in color, add kimchi and rice. Slowly add the sauce and mix the rice till it changes in a bright red orange color.
Once the rice has changed in color, add the mushroom and green peas. Cooking for 3 to 5 minutes. Mix this well.
Serve top this with egg and sesame oil!
