The new dockyard event in Update 0.10.11 is really more about Tier VI Premium British battleship HMS Repulse than about Tier IX's Marlborough. The former is fun - as you can hopefully see in this game on New Dawn - while the latter is thoroughly underwhelming (as you'll see tomorrow). Repulse is a true British battlecruiser, with way more speed than most of the battleships she will square off against, and accurate enough guns that she will maul most cruisers she encounters.
