Spider-Man -dynamic warm up, hip mobility, and core
Start standing tall with feet together, hinge at your hips, keeping back straight and flat, try to touch the floor with your hands. (if you can not bend knees just slightly) Walk hands out in front of you. Bend your right knee as if trying to touch it to your right elbow, then reach the left arm way out over head. From this position reach the right arm way out over head, and bend the left knee towards the left elbow.
