✅If hotel prices are increasing it would make sense to do Serviced Accommodation, especially rent to Serviced Accommodation and Serviced Accommodation management as the market for Serviced Accommodation will start to grow.

✅Serviced Accommodation usually represents a saving for people rather than staying in a hotel. Especially if you have a place with 3,4 or 5 bedrooms. It would also mean guests would have their own lounge and kitchen area making the public chose to stay service accommodation over a hotel.
