AfriForum is considering legal action against parliament's process to amend the constitution in favour of land expropriation without constitution. In a statement at the weekend, the minority rights lobby group said it had notified parliament in writing that it would be consulting it's legal team regarding declaring the process illegal.

The committee is set to embark on its provincial tour to gain public input from June the 26th.
