Here is my Hydroxyzine review and experience. I don't use it much for anxiety, rather as a sleep aid. It does a good job of knocking me out so that I can sleep, but I don't really feel the effects of the actual anti-anxiety part.

My channel is Gaming With Depression and it focuses around two major things: video games and depression. As someone who has major depressive disorder, playing video games is a way for me to cope. I also enjoy making let's plays because it helps me work on my speaking and it pushes me out of my comfort zone to actually do something when I'm depressed. I also talk a little about my depression and medications I take, but I don't go into major details. I hope that you enjoy my videos and channel!
