ATTENTION: The recipe Yiayia uses is posted below but Yiayia herself DOES NOT follow it.

Recipe:
1lb. Ground Beef
1 Medium size Onion, chopped
2-3 Large Garlic cloves, chopped
Fresh Parsley, chopped (1/2 bunch stems removed)
Mint to taste (1-2 Tbsp.)
1 tsp. Dill
Oregano, salt & pepper to taste
1 egg
1 sliced bread, soaked in water, dry wine or milk
Flour enough to roll ball before frying

Mix everything listed except flour. Form 1 inch balls. Roll in Flour, then fry in a hot skillet with as little oil as possible.
