Love Island /form Love Island fans may have been hoping that Dr Alex George had finally found his true love - but it looks like Alexandra Can isn't quite enough for the doctor. The unlucky-in-love doc will gather the rest of the 'lads' around as he admits he isn't as fond of Alexandra as he first said he was. He then goes on to say that he reckons that she is more into him than he is into her. Ugh. In a preview from tonight's Love Island , it seems like Alex is having second thoughts with the arrival of the two new girls in the villa. Speaking to Jack and Sam, he insisted that they were doing well "day by day". "We're growing as a pair but it's early," he sighs. Jack interjects and asks whether he was having second thoughts and Jack hummed. "Hm, I don't know," Alex replies. "I don't know if I have as strong feelings as she does. But I don't know.
