Munich 2022 was an opportunity for Jakob Ingebrigtsen to make European Athletics history - completing a 1500m/5000m double-double.

And the Norwegian superstar achieved just that! He retained his 1500m and 5,000m titles from Berlin 2018 at Munich 2022.

Thanks to these great performances, Jakob earned the 2022 Golden Tracks joint men's Athlete of the Year award.
