Lower Abdominal Exercise | How To Set Up Biofeedback
Biofeedback tools can be helpful when learning how to control pelvic and lower back movement when training the abdominals.
In this video I'll show you how to use a simple blood pressure cuff (you can also use the Chattanooga Stabilizer) and how to properly set it up for lower abdominal exercises.
