I am the Fool and I walk suspended
Wandering out in the heathlands
Where the larch doesn't fear the wind
Between dream and wake of all of you

I sing in balance, I dance in the fire,
Moon is my bride nightwalking,
Ancient masks of laughs and tears,
Dances of swords and sharp stories.

I am not Beast, nor God or Man,
Taverns or courts to the wares!
But I am free to make a joke
Of the whole world, Oh my lordship.

Look at me, Scepter, my loyal shadow,
Dissipate the veils of reality,
The mirror won't show my reflection
But rather the masked shadow of all of you

I mix up the numbers of Nature,
That invisible geometry
Arcane temples, lost in the centuries,
My lunacy is Sacred Art.

I am the kingdom of opposite forces
I reverse the orders of things
And if you'll meet me at every hour
I'll give you insults or thorny roses
