sparring is done with full movement, mostly the same way you would in a boxing match. The difference is that your not out for blood. If you hurt your opponent to the body give them a minute to recover. If you hit them with a hard shot give them a few minutes to shake it off.
You can became good at bOxInG drills, combinations , footwork, timing and a few other things but you'll never become a good boxers if you're not sparring.
