Speaking at an economic forum in Vladivostok, the Russian president said 'the ruling elites [of Britain] have their arrangements' to choose a new leader. The UK's new prime minister, Liz Truss, in her previous role as foreign secretary angered Moscow with what it saw as Russophobic comments and vocal backing for Ukraine.
