Today, I made cola braised short ribs from the show, The Bear! I just finished season 1 (I know, so late haha) and I plan on making The Bear Recipes series, and to start that off, I really wanted to try to make Sydney's cola braised short ribs.
I've seen the exact recipe from Sydney's notebook, (you can easily find the recipe online), but there are no instructions, so I made my best guess. I explained my thought process throughout the video, I hope you like it!
Result was good, I really enjoyed it! Did it really lack acid? Maybe, but I could enjoy the whole plate without any acid components!
