I've been perfecting this homemade garlic mayonnaise recipe for years now and this specific recipe I feel is very nicely balanced but by all means if you're a garlic freak go ahead and add some more. Once you get in a good rhythm of making your own homemade mayo, it will be difficult to go back to the store-bought stuff.
Garlic mayo recipe:
1 whole free-range organic egg
1 tbsp water
2 medium garlic cloves smashed and roughly chopped
1/2 tsp plus 1 little pinch Maldon salt
2 tsp white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice (not that bottled BS)
1 cup avocado oil
2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
