How to check and replace a Oil Pressure Relief Valve and install an aftermarket oil pressure gauge and on a 12HT or 2H Toyota Land cruiser Diesel engine. (HJ61, HJ60 etc)

I've been seeing some high oil pressure readings on my freshly rebuilt 12HT engine. If you have LOW oil pressure you may want to replace these parts as well, especially the spring.

The 12HT is a Toyota 4 litre Direct Injection Turbo Diesel.
The 2H shares a similar relief valve as well
