Post Laparoscopic Heller’s Myotomy and fundoplcation for Achalasia Cardia
A normal contrast study, for total and partial fundoplcation, determined by the following criteria.
-A tapered narrowing of the distal oesophagus and GOJ, extending to 2–3 cm, accompanying to the wrapped section
-Wrap and funds situated below the diaphragm
-Flow of contrast into the stomach
-No evidence of extravasation of contrast.
